Definitions:
Voucher: Digital proof that entitles the holder to certain goods, services, or experiences offered by the Merchant.
Merchant: The business or entity identified on the Voucher that is responsible for providing the goods, services, or experiences.
Released Parties: Bandwango and Visit Worcestershire, UK, including their subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, and agents.
Vouchers:
Vouchers can be redeemed for specific goods, services, or experiences provided by the Merchant listed on the Voucher. The Merchant is the issuer of the Voucher and is solely responsible for all aspects related to its redemption and use. The Merchant is fully accountable for the quality and care of all goods and services it offers and for any injuries, illnesses, damages, claims, liabilities, or costs ("Liabilities") you may incur directly or indirectly, whether related to the Voucher's use or not. By accepting these terms, you waive and release Bandwango and Visit Worcestershire, UK, including their subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties"), from any Liabilities arising from, related to, or sustained in connection with any act or omission by the Merchant, its employees, agents, contractors, or invitees in connection with your use of a Voucher or the goods, services, or experiences provided. Services performed by the Released Parties are provided "AS IS" without any warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Taste Worcestershire – Campaign Terms & Conditions
1. Organiser
Taste Worcestershire is organised by Visit Worcestershire, whose accountable body is Worcestershire County Council, Spetchley Road, Worcester WR5 2NP.
2. Campaign Duration
The campaign runs from 6th October to 26th October 2025. Offers are only valid during this period unless otherwise stated by participating businesses. Please check the specific restaurants terms when booking.
3. Golden Ticket Access
• Guests only need to download the Golden Ticket once during the period, but this will enable the user to use the Ticket for the duration of the campaign (save to your home screen for ease of use).
• Each offer may only be redeemed once per day.
• Everyone in the group must have a Golden Ticket to utilise the offer.
• Tickets are delivered digitally via SMS and email. No physical tickets will be issued.
• Offers are redeemed by showing the ticket at participating venues and checking in via the digital pass using GPS or a PIN.
4. Business Participation & Offer Terms
Each participating business sets its own terms and conditions for offer redemption, including but not limited to:
• Valid days/times
• Menu restrictions
• Booking requirements
• Visit Worcestershire is not responsible for the fulfilment, quality, or availability of any offer or experience provided by third-party businesses.
5. Liability Disclaimer
Visit Worcestershire and Worcestershire County Council accept no liability for:
• Any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the campaign or use of offers.
• Changes, cancellations, or disputes related to individual business offers.
• All information is provided in good faith and may be subject to change without notice.
6. Data & Privacy
By downloading a Golden Ticket, users agree to the use of their data in accordance with Visit Worcestershire’s Privacy Policy.
Data may be used for campaign monitoring and if opted-in for future promotional communications.
7. Campaign Changes
Visit Worcestershire reserves the right to amend or withdraw the campaign or any part of it at any time without prior notice.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Privacy Policy
Customer information is collected solely for processing your order. This information is kept confidential and is only disclosed as required by applicable law. During checkout, you may choose to opt-in to receive marketing communications. If you opt-in, you will receive communications as specified.
Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with a Voucher, we encourage you to contact Bandwango Passholder Support to resolve the issue. Our team will inquire and address your concerns.
Customer Service Hours: Monday - Sunday, 8 am PT - 5 pm MST.
Refunds: Refunds or exchanges for unredeemed vouchers are considered on a case-by-case basis. We strive to accommodate your needs and provide a satisfactory resolution. Refund requests for events, attractions, and specific admissions may not be honored, but we will do our best to assist you.
Extensions:
If you need an extension for Voucher Activation, please contact passholder support to discuss your request. Extensions will only be considered for unused passes or items still within the activation period. Extensions will not be granted beyond 365 days from the purchase date. Extension requests for events and specific time-sensitive admissions will not be honored.
Third-Party Refunds and Exchanges: Terms and conditions for Online Travel Agencies may vary. Please refer to the specific third-party terms and conditions for details.
Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country]. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your State/Country].
